You could probably tell from the thumbnail that this was going to be a 'colour' page. And if it's not an elite four battle, we all know that can only mean one thing in a Kitfox nuzlocke...

That's right, tripped out Gym leaders. They gotta pass the time in between challengers (I guess they're barely at their gyms, but still) and Burgh has an extra excuse because he's an artist. I think these coloured bits looked better when the outlines were still black, but I was determined to have purple lines, no matter the cost!

Going into his Kindergarten, I mean battle stage, was a bit of a shock for me in the game and it translated pretty well into a black and white ---> colour transition here.

Oh dear more pokermanz drama's... I really should stop doing this... when did I even start? When did it stop being just about the battles? I've strayed from the path....

Obviously Shockwave didn't kill Dwebble with only one shot, but I wasn't going to draw the exact same thing three times in a row. I think there was a potion in there somewhere too.

Ah and before anyone points it out, I realise now that Tranquil has another 'l' at the end ^__^'
