wat a 200 over 4 beat please thats nothing like ultimate head thrash dragon flame duo masters of ultimate pain and agony revisited on the footsteps of the black soul which has a 2000 over 4 beat using 20 drum kits and 7 guitars
"...Of course it all sounds the same... it all sounds GOOD!", lol. I listen to just about all genres tho, XD
(is rocking to NightWish, Blaqk Audio, Monolithic, DragonForce, Grave Digger, then of course Classic Rock and Metal like Metallica, Ozzy, AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Scorpions, Megadeth, Led Zepplin, Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Queen, Rush...) and the list goes on...heh.
I feel this way about rap. Not that it all sounds the same... rather, that the only redeeming quality to it is the usually clever lyrics, but otherwise, it's rhythmical talking set to a backbeat. Not much musical quality to it, IMO. xD
Metal's okay, but I guess it depends sometimes. I don't like the screaming death metal, because roaring from the bowels of your lungs does not constitute singing. But some nice hardcore bass part or guitar riffs... that I can go for.
Fav metal bands: Alestorm, self described as "true scottish pirate metal" to snob other scottish pirate metal bands Flintroll, all of their songs are about trolls eating people Korpiklaani, just listen to their song "vodka" and you'll know why Eluveite, all of their songs are metal versions of fairy tales written in a language that's been dead for 2000 years.
Although she would probably go nuts if she was here. I just played the last 5 tracks repeatedly for 3 hours just so I could get the right feeling for the picture I'm working on. Sorry 4 tracks that is. Something tells me a shotgun would get involved and I'd most likely be on the not so fortunate end of it.
well, it's easy to confuse classical because there are no lyrics, everything has the same sort of whymsical feel to it and it's always the same instrument combinations. Or it might just be because we are all unsophisticated these days XD
